Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment. Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate records. Prepare and review expense reports and journal entries. Support month-end close activities and accounting team initiatives. Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
