Virtual Banking Call Center Representative

Overview Location: Mandan, ND Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site Compensation: $38,000–$65,000 (based on experience) Responsibilities Process and manage online account requests and consumer loan applications Assist customers through digital banking channels, including online banking, mobile banking, phone, email, and chat Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying solutions that meet customers' financial needs Respond to routine and complex customer inquiries regarding banking products and services Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining compliance with banking policies and procedures Educate customers on digital banking tools and assist with troubleshooting online and mobile banking services Recommend appropriate banking products and services based on customer needs Complete assigned weekly operational tasks accurately and on time Support customers across multiple banking locations through virtual service channels Qualifications 1+ years of customer service experience preferred Previous call center or customer support experience is a plus General knowledge of standard banking transactions, products, and services preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Comfortable learning and using technology in a fast-paced environment Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required Benefits A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) with employer contributions Profit sharing Paid vacation Paid holidays If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and enjoy working in a collaborative, technology-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.
