Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently enter data from various source documents into our company database.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
• Verify the accuracy of all entered data by comparing it to source documents.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and client information at all times.
• Organise and file paperwork after data entry to ensure it is properly maintained.
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
• Fast and accurate typing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Good command of English, both oral and written.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
