DATA ENTRY CLERK

This is a full-time position based in Oregon City, Oregon, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information in our company databases, playing a vital role in our administrative and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently enter data from various source documents into our computer systems and databases.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any inconsistencies, and check the output for accuracy.
• Update and maintain existing database information to ensure all records are current and complete.
• Generate reports and retrieve data for colleagues as requested.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all company and client information.
• Scan, file, and organise physical and digital documents.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the team.

• Proven experience in a data entry or similar administrative role.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further computer training or certification will be considered an asset.
• A professional demeanour and a reliable work ethic.
