About the Role

The Company is seeking an Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs, with a focus on meeting specific business needs. This role requires a professional with a strong background in full-stack Java and Oracle, particularly in the financial services domain. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in application development and leadership, with a proven track record of solving performance issues and a good understanding of CI/CD processes, Scrum, and JIRA. Expertise in cloud-native development principles and practices is essential, as is the ability to design and build highly resilient, scalable, and observable services in a cloud environment. The role also involves monitoring and controlling all phases of the development process, providing user and operational support, and recommending security measures.
