Child/Pediatric Neurologist Joseph M. Sanzari Children's Hospital Hackensack University Medical Center, Hackensack, New Jersey Program Highlights & Practice Environment Fully integrated programs including Pediatric Neuro-Oncology, a Neurofibromatosis Program, and a Tuberous Sclerosis Program. Close collaboration with our comprehensive Epilepsy Program and Pediatric Neurosurgery Program. Partnership with our Neurosurgical colleagues and their Nurse Practitioner for advanced management of spasticity patients, including Baclofen Pumps. Fully staffed, on-site Genetics and Developmental Pediatrics Programs to support holistic patient care. State-of-the-Art Facilities & Resources Advanced Imaging: Two on-site MRIs (one is a 3-T magnet) supported by a team of 8 Neuro‑Radiologists. Specialized Inpatient Units: Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) adjacent to our 15‑bed PICU. 40‑Bed Level IV NICU (with a Fellowship Program) and 10 Transitional Nursery Beds. Hematology‑Oncology Inpatient Beds. General Pediatric Inpatient Beds with ample overflow capacity. Dedicated Pediatric Emergency & Day Units: Pediatric Emergency Room staffed by dedicated Pediatric ER Physicians. Pediatric Day Unit adjacent to the ER for infusions and short‑stay procedures. Advanced Surgical Suites: Dedicated and fully equipped Pediatric ORs, including Neurosurgical Stealth Systems. Requirements NJ Medical License, CDS and DEA M.D./D.O. degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic School Successful completion of fellowship program Board Eligibility/Certification by the appropriate Board and subspecialty board Have or the ability to obtain a New Jersey Medical License The successful candidate will have a commitment to outstanding pediatric care. Compensation & Benefits HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. The minimum base salary for this position is $257,198.00. The posted rate of pay in this job posting is a reasonable good‑faith estimate of the minimum base pay for this role at the time of posting in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act and does not reflect the full value of our market‑competitive total rewards package. Budget and Grant Funding : Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
