If you want to join the rapid growth - APPLY NOW!ResponsibilitiesCreating estimates and cost proposals for new project bids using estimating and scheduling software.Leading pre-construction projects, including preparing and submitting project documents, creating project budgets, qualifying subcontractors, setting up vendors, developing the schedule, and planning the project end-to-end.Collaborating with the superintendent and field crew on project delivery.Analyzing project scope, plans, and technical data (maps, surveys, geotechnical reports, etc.) to prepare engineering reports, project budgets, submittals, and as-built drawings in accordance with construction codes and government standards.Executing projects, participating in front-end planning meetings, creating three-week look-ahead schedules, managing control records, creating project plans and engineering techniques, and leading planning meetings with superintendents and foremen to direct on-site activities.Handling addendums, issuing RFIs (Requests for Information), and generating change orders.Allocating equipment and manpower needs for each project.Managing and reviewing project work completed to ensure compliance with contract documents, shop drawings, and engineering requirements.Tracking all project costs end-to-end, reviewing and approving invoices, and preparing projecting costs to complete reports.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience managing civil work
