About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Dialysis RN in Portland, Oregon, 97086!

• Start Date: July 7, 2026
• Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days, 3×12s (7:00 AM–7:30 PM)

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor pediatric and adult patients during hemodialysis.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot dialysis machines.
• Manage vascular access and administer medications/blood products as ordered.
• Recognize and respond to dialysis-related complications.
• Educate patients and families about treatment and kidney care.
• Supervise dialysis technicians and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Document care accurately in Epic.
• Participate in quality and safety activities, including dialysis water testing.
• Float to adult dialysis units and take on-call shifts as required.

• Oregon RN license
• BSN
• AHA BLS
• Epic experience
• Acute hospital dialysis experience
• Pediatric hemodialysis experience
• At least 2 years of experience (per compliance notes)

Preferred

• CNN (Certified Nephrology Nurse)
• CDN (Certified Dialysis Nurse)
