This is an excellent opportunity for a Psychiatrist who values teamwork, integrated care, and an academically enriching environment.About the RoleThe Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients through evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and treatment planning. Working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, you will help patients access the resources and support they need to improve mental health and overall well-being. Serving as a key leader of the clinical office, you will also play a key role in supporting your clinical team through education and supervision (protected time included) to ensure patients receive holistic support.Key Responsibilities•Conduct psychiatric evaluations and holistic treatments for patients via in-person and via telehealth. •Supervise and collaborate with interdisciplinary providers (NPs, PAs, therapists)—protected time included •Opportunities to participate in interventional psychiatry service and clinical research pipelines •Career leadership opportunities for interested individuals with proficient experience in management and operations •Participate in crisis intervention and emergency care as needed. •Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory standards.Qualifications•Completion of a Psychiatry Residency Program •Current and valid California medical license, NPI, and DEA registration •No disciplinary action or license restriction •Board Certification (preferred) / Board Eligible •At least 2 years of independent psychiatric experience (preferred) •Strong preferences for the following subspecialization/experience: Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry/Addiction Medicine, Clinical Research, or Interventional PsychiatryWhy Join PNS?•Be part of a mission-driven organization committed to serving the underserved and providing exceptional quality care. •Work in a supportive interdisciplinary team environment. •Enjoy a balanced outpatient practice with opportunities for both in-person and telehealth care. •Competitive compensation and benefits package, including 401K, medical, dental, vision, and paid time-off. •Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications: base salary + robust bonus incentives based on clinical and research activitiesFlexible work from home options available.Compensation: $325,000.00 - $541,000.00 per year
