Associate Director - Clinical Command Center (Non-Clinical Administration)

The Associate Director is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and business operations for Mount Sinai Heath System’s Clinical Command Center (CCC), which includes: capacity management, centralized clinical admitting and throughput initiatives for all inpatient bed assignments, inter and intra patient movement, transfer center procedures and outcomes and telemedicine. The Associate Director ensures that the department is managed according to institutional policies and any applicable regulatory requirements to maintain optimal results and high employee engagement.
