All-You-Can-Eat Sushi Restaurant

Your role in this field is important as you will be managing the restaurant’s social media presence and daily office operations for a fast-paced all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant established in the 2010s. Create engaging digital content to promote menu items, special offers, events, and brand identity while supporting administrative functions, internal communication, and office paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Created and scheduled social media content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to increase brand awareness and customer engagement

• Designed promotional posts, short videos, flyers, and captions highlighting menu specials, events, and seasonal campaigns

• Monitored social media performance using analytics tools to track reach, engagement, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness

• Prepared reports on content performance and customer interaction trends to support marketing decisions

• Responded to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner

• Assisted with communication between management, staff, vendors, and customers

• Maintained office records, organized paperwork, and handled routine administrative documentation

• Supported scheduling, filing, data entry, and general office coordination tasks

• Helped ensure smooth daily operations by balancing marketing support with administrative and communication duties
