Geriatrics Physician Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated andcompassionate full time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join ouroutpatient clinic in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will providehigh-quality healthcare services to primarily Chinese-speaking patients, ensuringthey receive the best possible care in their preferred language. The roleinvolves coordinating and supporting participants' functional, clinical, andpsychosocial needs, prioritizing independence and wellness.

Responsibilities includecollaborating with a large, multidisciplinary team to develop person-centeredgoals, communicating changes in participants' conditions, and facilitatingprimary care and preventive services.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $155,000- $175,000 plus 20% performance onus
• Full benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, CME allowance and PTO

Position Highlights:

• Full-time schedule Monday -Friday - No nights or weekends.
• Small patient panels forpersonalized care (4-5 patients per day in the field, 7-10 per day in theclinic).
• Comprehensive primary carewith a focus on continuity and proactive management.

Requirements:

• Bilingual inSpanish
• Licensed Nurse Practitioneror Physician Assistant in New York.
• Board Certification required(ANCC, AANP for NPs; NCCPA for PAs or equivalent)Minimum of 2 years of primarycare experience required.
• Experience or stronginterest in geriatrics preferred.
• Excellent clinical,communication, and organizational skills.
