What You'll Do: As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with account needs, service requests, billing questions, and solutions that create a positive experience. You will handle inbound calls, support customer retention through outstanding service, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
