Call Center Rep (Veterinary)

ShotVet is seeking skilled call center agents to work on-site at our Longwood, FL office. Join our growing team of folks who help pet parents find our pop-up events, locate records, purchase products and packages, etc. We are one of the fastest growing companies in America!

Schedule: Part time only; 3 days per week. Weekends required. Call center hours of operation: 9am - 9pm. (Must be able to work 8-hour shifts; evening shifts).

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls / chats and responding to client inquiries and concerns
• Providing accurate information about our services and products
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating with our field team
• Maintaining client records and updating our database
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Minimum qualifications:

• Love for dogs and cats
• Enjoy helping people in a calm and loving way
• Can handle multiple calls and chats
• Desire to learn about different veterinary vaccines and products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior exposure to Dialpad
• Experience in a call center or veterinary setting
• Prior sales experience with metric expectations
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Weekend work required. No remote positions.
