Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Pathway Counseling Center, you will:

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based methods, adapting interventions to suit individual client preferences.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and discuss treatment strategies during case consultations.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment modalities, and community resources, fostering an environment of support and empowerment.

• Stay current with the latest clinical research and mental health developments, integrating this knowledge into your practice to enhance care quality.

Qualifications\n
