What You Will Be Doing:

Install, maintain and repair mechanical systems, including but not limited to HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Pneumatic systems. Maintain, repair and replace heat pumps and steam boilers when necessary with or without assistance. Analyze HVAC systems and equipment when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and create solutions to optimize performance and increase the efficiency of operation. Remove and install new HVAC systems when applicable. Provide support and expertise in all areas of Facility Operations and Engineering.

This position requires a high level of expertise in the commercial HVAC and mechanical trades field.

Due to the duties and responsibilities of this position, a Motor Vehicle Report may be ordered on final candidates.

What We're Looking For:

• 10-15 years of Mechanical experience
• Master Mechanical certification preferred
• Experience in Commercial HVAC, minimum of 5 years preferred
• Excellent customer service skills for effective interaction with employees
• Self-motivated with the ability to work well in a team environment or individually
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without a reasonable accommodation
