Landscape Construction & Pool Production Manager White Marsh, MD, US 30+ days ago Requisition ID: 1016 Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually About the Role We are seeking a Residential Landscape Construction Production Manager to oversee and manage the production of our landscape construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They will work closely with our design team to ensure that designs are executed to the highest standards and that all materials and equipment are ordered and delivered on time. The Landscape Construction Production Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of skilled workers and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or related field 5+ years of experience in landscape construction project management and or building Pools Strong knowledge of landscape construction materials, methods, and equipment Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience with AutoCAD or other design software Certification in project management Responsibilities Oversee and manage the production of landscape construction projects Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Work closely with the design team to ensure that designs are executed to the highest standards Manage a team of skilled workers and ensure that all safety protocols are followed Order and ensure timely delivery of all materials and equipment required for the projects Skills The Landscape Construction Production Manager will use their strong knowledge of landscape construction materials, methods, and equipment to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards.
