Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work primarily in the Emergency Services unit, providing critical care to patients in urgent need. The role demands a strong commitment to patient care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Shift DetailsMid Shift: 3x12 Hours (15:00 - 03:00)Weekend Requirement: 6 weekends every 6 weeksBlock Scheduling: Approved but not requiredResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive patient care in the Emergency Room setting.Implement nursing interventions based on patient assessments and clinical judgment.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Assist with patient examinations and procedures as needed.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment plans.QualificationsActive RN license.Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an Emergency Room setting (hard stop requirement).Current certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC.Strong assessment, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to thrive in high-stress situations and manage multiple priorities.Facility HighlightsType: Short Term Acute CareTotal Staffed Beds: 379Level II Trauma CenterUniform/Dress CodeAll licensed nursing personnel must adhere to the dress code, which requires solid navy blue uniforms or scrub attire.
