Cath Lab Tech - Travel Job

Assist physicians and Cath Lab personnel in diagnostic and interventional procedures and operate advanced imaging equipment to capture critical data of the heart and vascular system.

What You'll Need:

• ARRT certification (Radiologic Technologist) required.
• ACLS required.
• BLS required.
• Fluoroscopy certification required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a hospital Cath Lab setting preferred. Experience with PCIs, peripheral interventions, diagnostic caths, nephrostomy tubes, and IVC filters preferred.
• Experience with Cerner charting system required.
• Experience with Sensis and Merge systems preferred.
• Ability to scrub as Cath Lab techs scrub; experience training staff preferred.
• STEMI experience preferred.
• State specific licensing when required.

• Shift Pattern: 5x8s, day shift (8-hour shifts)
• Start Time: 9:30 AM start noted in shift notes
• Orientation: 12 hours orientation provided
• Call: Possible call as noted in shift notes
• Charting System: Cerner
• Case Volume: Varies; typically 0 to 5-6 cases per day
• Equipment: GE imaging equipment on site
• Floating: May be required to float to other facilities within client radius rules
