One day, you’ll be inspecting a gorgeous lakeside condo; the next, you’ll be helping a Board make smart financial decisions, or solving an issue that makes someone’s day better. Every day is different—and we love that. What You’ll Be Doing: Be the go-to expert for HOA/COA Boards and residents Field resident questions and concerns (with patience and professionalism) Get quotes and manage vendors for landscaping, paving, roofing—you name it Oversee budgets and help communities plan for the future Conduct property inspections like a pro Attend Board and Annual Meetings—yes, some evenings, but we promise it’s worth it Keep your communities running smoothly and your Boards smiling Qualifications What You Bring to the Table: Experience managing HOAs or condos? Big plus.
