Property Manager

About the Job We are seeking a Property Manager to join our growing team. The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting the activities related to rental properties, preparation and care of rental suites, and interacting with clients, including owners, prospective tenants, and tenants at various buildings across the GTA. This in‑person role will be based at our Head Office in North York, with occasional travel between various sites within a designated portfolio. Job Details Full‑Time, Permanent, Salaried Compensation Annual base salary of $60,000 to $70,000 Benefits Permanent employees are eligible to participate in the company’s Group Benefits Plan, HCSA, and Retirement Plan. Responsibilities Oversee and assist with the coordination and completion of move‑ins and move‑outs. Oversee and assist the day‑to‑day rental management activities, including but not limited to troubleshooting and arranging maintenance and service requests, and handling lease and billing requirements. Respond to and troubleshoot client and tenant service requests, including communications with third parties to coordinate services to be completed. Conduct inspections of suites to ensure units are delivered in accordance with the company’s standards. Plan and provide guidance to residents and team members on tasks and activities. Perform administrative duties and oversee operations. Assist with reception and administration, including taking minutes of meetings. Actively assist management as required so that tasks are handled effectively and on time. Qualifications Completion of a post‑secondary diploma or degree. 5+ years of progressive experience in residential real estate, property management, or construction. Knowledge of the RTA and Tarion is preferred. Competency in rental‑management software such as Buildium, DocuSign, and CMS is an asset. High degree of proficiency with web‑based tools and applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Photoshop, and Acrobat. Superior communication and customer service skills. Strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills with the ability to work well with all levels across the organization. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to deliver high‑quality results while working under multiple deadlines. Availability and flexibility to work evenings and weekends at times. Comfortable with domestic animals/pets. #J-18808-Ljbffr
