If you're passionate about leadership, continuous improvement, and making a visible impact every day, this is an opportunity to grow your career with a dynamic and expanding organization.What You'll DoLead and oversee second-shift production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are consistently achieved.Coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing team while fostering a positive and accountable work culture.Drive operational excellence by monitoring production performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.Quickly troubleshoot production challenges to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly.Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and other departments to optimize workflow and performance.Ensure compliance with all food safety, regulatory, and company standards.Track key production metrics, maintain accurate records, and communicate shift performance results.Champion workplace safety by reinforcing best practices and leading safety initiatives and training.Support workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize shift productivity.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing efforts that enhance overall plant performance.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsPrevious experience leading production teams in a manufacturing, food production, or industrial setting.Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to engage, coach, and develop employees.Knowledge of production processes, workflow management, and manufacturing operations.Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and enforcing safety standards.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.Experience monitoring production metrics and maintaining operational records.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple departments.Preferred QualificationsExperience with continuous improvement programs and process optimization initiatives.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and operational efficiency tools.Background in high-volume industrial or food manufacturing environments.Experience with production scheduling, staffing, and resource planning.Proven ability to drive productivity improvements while maintaining quality standards.Why Join Us?This is more than a production leadership role.
