The Personal Banker SAFE Act at Citi is an entry level role that supports sales and service activities with the customer service team to foster customer loyalty and grow sales with individual consumers. Responsibilities include handling small business referrals, coaching staff, and using Smart Banking tools while ensuring compliance with Citi policies.
