About the Role:
Vanguard Executive Partners is looking for a motivated and ambitious Entry Level Account Manager to join our growing team in Dearborn. This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in account management, build meaningful client relationships, and grow within a dynamic, results-driven organization. Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing client accounts
Present products and services to prospective clients face to face.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to develop and execute strategies
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Competitive mindset and eagerness to grow professionally
Ability to work independently and with a team.
No prior experience required — full training provided for the right candidate
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
