Senior Clinical and Population Health Analyst

Design, develop, execute, disseminate and interpret clinical and population health analyses, metrics and reports Use clinical, member, financial and administrative data to identify, develop and monitor opportunities to improve health and healthcare outcomes, clinical quality and costs of care Efficiently and effectively manage projects through successful completion Establish collaborative relationships with internal and external clinical, administrative, operational, financial and technical stakeholders Serve as a strategic business partner and provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise Provide consultative, technical, subject matter and business expertise mentorship to colleagues across the enterprise Articulate analytic findings, business implications and recommendations Requirements U.S. Citizen required due to contractual/access requirements Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or closely related field 5 years leading the design, execution and dissemination of clinical and population health reporting, analyses and studies of progressive scope and complexity 5 years with coding languages, analytical software, systems, tools and processes using claims, clinical, enrollment and provider data 3 years of project leadership in a complex, matrixed environment 3 years providing analytical consultation to clinical, administrative, operational and financial stakeholders Strong working knowledge of coding languages, relational databases, quantitative and qualitative analytic methodologies, advanced analytics and statistics Healthcare industry expertise and knowledge of health insurance, healthcare delivery, provider relationships and regulatory issues In‑depth understanding of clinical and business processes Demonstrated ability to informally lead matrixed teams R, SQL, or BigQuery/GCP experience strongly preferred R‑Shiny, Tableau, or Power BI experience strongly preferred Travel requirement of 0% - 25% No language other than English required Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in clinical and population health analysis, utilizing coding languages and analytical software to drive healthcare outcomes.
