Location: Tuba City, AZ

Pay Rate: $55.00-$60.00/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Contract: 13 weeks

Experience: Minimum 2 years

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Tuba City, AZ. This role supports inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services for patients from birth through geriatric age groups, with a strong focus on orthopedic care and helping patients improve independence in daily activities.

Responsibilities

Assess patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide therapy for developmental, cognitive, emotional, physical, and orthopedic needs
Support activities of daily living, functional independence, and adaptive equipment training
Provide specialty services such as custom orthoses, sensory integration, cognitive treatment, and DME support
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and rehabilitation team members
Complete accurate documentation in the electronic health record
Support patient education, staff training, safety, and quality improvement activities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program required
Active Occupational Therapist license required
Arizona OT license or eligibility for Arizona licensure required
Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapist experience required
Strong orthopedic skills required
BLS/BCLS certification required
Inpatient and outpatient experience preferred
Allscripts experience preferred
Ability to work Monday-Friday day shift
