We are looking for a strategic, data-driven ecommerce leader to own and grow existing customer monetization across BoostMobile.com and the Boost Mobile app. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue from the existing customer base through the My Account web experience and in-app experience — including upsell, cross-sell, device upgrades, add-a-line, and add-on product flows. Your singular focus is turning engaged customers into incremental revenue through thoughtful, data-informed experiences.

 

This is a senior individual contributor role that sits at the intersection of ecommerce strategy, customer lifecycle optimization, and revenue growth. You will collaborate with marketing, product, UX, and web operations to develop and rapidly iterate on monetization journeys in a dynamic, competitive wireless environment. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy storyteller with deep expertise in post-acquisition customer behavior, a test-and-learn mentality, and the ability to translate retention and upsell insights into actionable improvements across both web and app channels.

 

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

• Own and grow existing customer revenue by optimizing upsell, cross-sell, device upgrade, add-a-line, and add-on product flows across both the BoostMobile.com My Account experience and the Boost Mobile app
• Drive measurable improvements in monetization conversion rates through systematic A/B testing, funnel analysis, and data-informed iteration on page layouts, offer presentation, CTAs, and in-app prompts
• Monitor daily monetization KPIs — upsell conversion, upgrade attach rate, add-a-line take rate, ARPU growth, churn indicators — and identify friction points and revenue opportunities in real time across web and app
• Design and optimize retention-focused customer journeys that reduce voluntary churn by proactively surfacing relevant offers, plan recommendations, and loyalty incentives at key lifecycle moments
• Champion the post-acquisition customer experience by collaborating cross-functionally with product, UX, marketing, and engineering to ensure the My Account web portal and Boost app deliver a seamless, unified monetization experience
• Leverage AI-driven personalization and predictive analytics to deliver dynamic, segment-specific offers and recommendations that maximize customer lifetime value across both digital channels

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):

• Deep ecommerce monetization and retention expertise, with a demonstrated track record of growing revenue from an existing customer base through upsell, cross-sell, and lifecycle optimization in high-velocity DTC or subscription environments
• Advanced conversion optimization skills, including hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and funnel optimization strategies across both web and mobile app channels
• Strong analytical proficiency with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or comparable platforms — the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• Working knowledge of ecommerce and CMS platforms including Adobe Commerce (Magento) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with the ability to partner with web operations and app teams on content updates and flow configuration
• Customer lifecycle strategy expertise, with a deep understanding of post-acquisition behavior, churn drivers, and the levers that influence retention, ARPU growth, and customer lifetime value
• AI Literacy, specifically the ability to leverage AI-powered personalization engines, predictive modeling, and productivity tools to automate segmentation, optimize monetization flows, and deliver hyper-relevant offers at scale
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to drive alignment across marketing, product, UX, engineering, and app development teams to deliver cohesive monetization experiences

 

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum Experience: 5+ years of ecommerce experience with a focus on customer monetization, retention, or lifecycle revenue growth in a DTC or subscription-based environment
• Required Technical Skills: Must have experience with:
  • Web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or equivalent)
  • A/B testing and experimentation tools (Optimizely, Adobe Target, or equivalent)
  • Ecommerce platforms (Adobe Commerce/Magento, Shopify, or comparable)
  • CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager or comparable)
  • Customer data platforms (CDPs) for segmentation and personalization
  • Mobile app analytics and in-app experience optimization

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
