Responsibilities
- Provide direct, professional nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; document administration accurately
- Monitor residents’ vital signs and clinical status; report findings to supervising RN
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and maintain a safe, clean care environment
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation of care plans, assessments, and progress notes
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and ensure continuity of care

Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse license (active) to practice nursing
- Ability to work night shifts (3x12-hour blocks) and in a fast-paced LTC environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills; proficiency with charting and basic care software
- Ability to collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare team members
- Eligibility to work in the United States
