Senior Instructional Designer
SGS Consulting
Job Responsibilities:
- Curriculum & Content Creation: Develop engaging learning activities and, courses, simulations, and job aids that enhance retention.
- SME Collaboration: Work with Subject Matter Experts to identify target audience training needs and define instructional goals.
- Technology Integration: Design computer-based training (CBT) modules and utilize eLearning software.
- Evaluation: Create assessment instruments and criteria to judge learner performance.
- Project Management: Assist training management in establishing department goals, cost estimates, and budget management for training projects.
- Training Facilitation: Provides functional supervision in training environments and assists in training delivery
Skills:
- 4-7 years of related industry experience, including at least 2 years of instructional design, or 6-9 years of training experience.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in education/training, Organizational Development, or Psychology.
