Title: Industrial Engineer
Location: Raymond, OH
Exp Required: 2-5 Years
Work Type: Full-Time

Job Description & Skill Requirements:
Key responsibilities:

Execute plant investigations, feasibility studies, and developmental engineering activities.
Perform interference/clearance analysis and optimize weld-spot distribution across robots while meeting cycle-time requirements .
Create problem-tracking charts and develop multiple engineering solutions.
Develop equipment, robot, and process specifications .
Perform robot reach studies and robotic simulations for welding, sealing, and material-handling processes.
Support new vehicle model introduction on existing production lines.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
Experience in automotive manufacturing, industrial engineering, or robotics .
Strong experience with 3DX robotic simulation .
Experience with robot reach, interference/clearance, weld-spot distribution, and cycle-time analysis .
Experience supporting production lines, new model introduction, ramp-up, or line renovation .
Strong project coordination and onsite/offshore collaboration experience.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
