Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Stepdown or Cardiac Stepdown units.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert care to patients in Stepdown and Cardiac Stepdown units, monitoring progress and responding to emergent situations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatments and ongoing care.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and outcomes.
• Adhere to all hospital protocols and ensure a safe, supportive care environment.
