Full-Time | Residential New Construction
Salary: $70,000-$100,000+ annually based on experience, leadership ability, and performance, plus bonus opportunities

Gillette Heating and Air is hiring a Residential HVAC New Construction Foreman to lead installation crews and oversee HVAC work across residential construction projects.

We're looking for an experienced HVAC installation professional who is ready to take ownership of field operations. You'll coordinate crews, monitor job progress, work directly with builders and superintendents, and make sure installations stay on schedule and meet our quality standards.

• Lead residential HVAC installation crews across multiple new construction projects

• Coordinate manpower, daily priorities, materials, and job schedules

• Oversee projects through rough-in, trim-out, equipment installation, startup, and completion

• Inspect jobsites for workmanship, safety, code compliance, and installation quality

• Communicate with builders, superintendents, project managers, and company leadership

• Identify scheduling or installation issues and resolve field challenges before they delay projects

• Ensure crews have the equipment, materials, and information needed to complete their work

• Coach Lead Installers, installers, and apprentices to improve performance and technical skills

• Reinforce company installation procedures, safety expectations, and quality standards

• Help improve crew productivity while maintaining the craftsmanship expected from Gillette Heating and Air

• Strong residential HVAC installation and new construction experience

• Previous experience leading HVAC installers or construction crews strongly preferred

• Experience as a Lead Installer, HVAC Foreman, Crew Leader, or similar field leader is highly valued

• Thorough understanding of residential rough-ins, trim-outs, duct systems, equipment installation, and airflow

• Knowledge of residential construction schedules and jobsite coordination

• Ability to oversee several crews or active projects simultaneously

• Strong troubleshooting and field problem-solving skills

• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication abilities

• Understanding of jobsite safety, building codes, and HVAC quality standards

• Ability to communicate professionally with builders, superintendents, employees, and management

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
