This full-time position offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population in a community health setting. Key Responsibilities : Provide high-quality family medicine care to patients in an outpatient setting. Perform clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic and acute health conditions. Maintain thorough and accurate medical records in compliance with policies. Demonstrated understanding of clinical methods and techniques. Basic computer efficiency. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively engage with clients, associates, and the public. Basic proficiency in business English, spelling, and punctuation. Valid Arizona driver’s license.
