Since September 2006, Massimo Dutti has been fully designing and marketing the following lines: Women: Womenswear, Accessories, Fragrances for Men: Menswear, Accessories, Personal Tailoring, Fragrances.

Purpose:

Responsible for implementing the commercial strategy, upholding company standards, and tailoring approaches to meet customer preferences.

Profile:

\n
• Interested and knowledgeable about product, fashion trends, and competitors in the local retail market.
\n
• Capable of showcasing the brand’s personality and attracting the customer’s vision through analysis and merchandising.
\n
• Responsible for the overall image of their section and adapting the layout according to the type of customer.
\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Ensure the store maintains image standards.
\n
• Propose collection distributions in the sales floor (layout).
\n
• Collaborate with the managers to achieve greater impact in sales.
\n
• Plans new arrivals, determines their placement, and manages product rotation.
\n
• Ensures that display levels are appropriately matched to the store’s available space always following company guidelines.
\n
• Follow and execute all the commercial strategies set by the company
\n
• Oversee the restocking of merchandise.
\n
• Conducts product analysis, including identifying product stock limitations, assessing competition, and tracking trends; and applies these insights to commercial actions.
\n
• Appropriate use of the in-store furniture and mannequins.
\n

People:

• To be aware of the risks of employees and customers are exposed to and to be aware of safe work practices and company procedures to overcome them.
\n
• Continuously trains staff on visual merchandising and commercial strategies
\n
• Effectively communicates and provides feedback to the manager and other store leader (managers, experts and specialists.
\n

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a related role within the fashion retail sector.
\n
• Good team management skills.
\n
• Visual flair and creative thinking required.
\n
• Comfortable with communicating thoughts and ideas about product on daily basis.
\n
• Numeric and analytic skills.
\n
• Open/Flexible availability.
\n
• Customer Service oriented.
\n
• Highly organized and detailed orientated.
