AR Credit Analyst-HIRING ASAP

Job Title: AR Credit Analyst Job Description The AR Credit Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, including reviewing financial statements and income flows, to assess customer creditworthiness. This role involves calculating financial ratios using computer programs, making informed recommendations regarding loan approvals or interest rate changes, preparing comprehensive reports on financial health, ensuring compliance with banking policies, assisting with audits, and communicating effectively with customers. Responsibilities Analyze financial data to determine customer creditworthiness. Review financial statements, income, and cash flow. Calculate financial ratios like debt-to-income using computer programs. Make recommendations on loan approval, denial, or interest rate changes. Prepare reports summarizing customer financial health and lending risk. Monitor compliance with bank policies and guidelines. Assist with company and client audits. Resolve customer complaints and verify financial transactions. Essential Skills Credit analysis experience Accounts receivable management Experience with new account setup 3+ years of Credit Analyst experience 2+ years in construction-related credit (B2B) Experience with high volume/high stress portfolio (1000 applications/month) 1+ years of Excel proficiency 1+ year of experience navigating multiple ERP systems in one job Work Environment This role is fully onsite with the potential for a hybrid schedule upon becoming permanent. Training will be conducted on a flexible schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, transitioning to a standard schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM thereafter. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
