Resident Services Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Supervision & Training: Supervise Caregivers and Medication Technicians, ensuring quality care and adherence to policies. Conduct new employee orientation, complete caregiver skills checklists, and lead daily staff huddles.
• Resident Care & Service Coordination: Coordinate and track in-services, maintain an annual in-service training calendar, and ensure consistent performance feedback and coaching.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor frontline staff
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• 2+ years of experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred
• Experience in medication management and familiarity with state regulations
• Prior experience conducting staff training and coaching
