Installation Project Engineer - Portage

Position Overview Automation engineers are responsible for fulfilling project assignments, individually or as part of a project team. Assignments may include involvement in multiple projects simultaneously. IMS is seeking candidates for our Portage, IN office. Pay: $65,000.00 - 95,000.00 per year Schedule: Monday - Friday, Other Travel Requirement: Up to 25% travel Primary Duties Installation design of Power and Drive system applications, both AC and DC power. Block Diagram creation for all Power, Networking, and Device portions of a project. General Arrangement creation or modification of existing equipment laying in new equipment locations with conduit/tray routing. Cable and Conduit Schedule creation. Can read and understand electrical schematics (existing and new), civil drawings, mechanical drawings, and hydraulic drawings.
