Trademark Attorney

Our client is an well-regarded international firm, seeking a qualified trademark attorney for its Intellectual Property practice in Los Angeles. The salary range for this position is between $260k and $295k. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in domestic and international trademark preparation and prosecution, IP transactions and litigation. Experience responding to office actions, conducting clearance searches, and drafting/negotiating a range of IP agreements, including licensing, assignment, confidentiality, and technology transfer agreements. Working with clients on IP strategy, portfolio management, and risk assessment. Experience with TTAB oppositions, cancellations, and infringement proceedings. Experience conducting legal research and preparing memoranda and pleadings related to IP disputes. Assist in IP rights enforcement and defense against infringement claims. Excellent analytical, drafting negotiation, and communication/interpersonal skills.
