About the Role Join a trademark and copyright practice handling brand management, trademark prosecution, and global portfolio strategy. This opportunity is suited for an attorney with more than 2 years of brand management experience supporting sophisticated trademark matters. Responsibilities Conduct and manage high-volume, multi‑jurisdictional trademark clearance. Develop and implement global trademark filing and enforcement programs. Manage domestic and international trademark portfolios. Handle TTAB proceedings, when applicable. Advise clients on trademark prosecution and brand protection strategies. Coordinate trademark enforcement activities across multiple jurisdictions. Collaborate with attorneys and clients on trademark portfolio management. Qualifications More than 2 years of significant brand management experience. Experience managing high-volume, multi‑jurisdictional trademark clearance. Strong academic credentials. Excellent legal writing and critical thinking skills. Highly organized, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
