Project Execution Consultant - PMO

A Fortune 500 investment firm is seeking a Project Execution Consultant to join its Transformation Office and support enterprise planning, governance, and organizational change initiatives. This role is ideal for an execution-oriented professional who can translate complex planning data into meaningful insights, support capacity and resource planning, and help leaders make informed prioritization decisions across a large portfolio of work. Key Responsibilities Support enterprise capacity and resource planning processes, including demand forecasting and capacity modeling. Translate demand, capacity and planning inputs into clear, actionable planning views that support prioritization and trade‑off discussions. Analyze and synthesize large, complex data sets to identify trends, risks, gaps and inconsistencies in planning data. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide planning insights and executive-level visibility. Prepare reporting, presentations and decision‑support materials for governance forums and executive stakeholders. Partner with more than 100 cross‑functional stakeholders to gather planning inputs, maintain alignment and support integrated planning activities. Utilize Planview (preferred), Power BI, Excel and other planning tools to manage portfolio data and improve planning accuracy. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Communications or a related field. 8–10 years of experience supporting project delivery, business operations, transformation initiatives, PMO functions or enterprise planning. Experience supporting capacity planning, resource forecasting, workforce planning or similar planning processes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into executive‑ready insights and recommendations. Experience supporting prioritization, governance or executive decision‑making processes. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience using Power BI for reporting, dashboards and data visualization. Experience with portfolio management tools such as Planview is strongly preferred.
