CT Technologist - Radiology

Schedule
36 hours (4x9s)
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements
- Current registration as a Radiologic Technologist or CT Technologist in the state
- Current advanced ARRT CT registration strongly preferred
- BLS healthcare provider certification required
- Two or more years of experience as a CT Technologist preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
- Obtain and secure diagnostic images using computed tomography to assist in disease and injury diagnosis.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations regarding radiation control and safety procedures.
- Provide education on dose optimization and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Document patient medical information accurately and follow patient identification protocols.
- Assist in training and onboarding new employees and students.
- Promote effective relationships within the department and ensure the quality of patient care for all age groups.

Compliance / Notes
- Background checks and drug screenings may be required.
- Complete all mandatory competencies and maintain licensure and certifications as applicable.
