Workplace Accommodations Manager

A company is looking for a Workplace Accommodation Manager to oversee employee accommodation requests and ensure compliance with relevant laws. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and improve standardized policies and processes for the Accommodations function Manage end-to-end case management for accommodation requests through the interactive process Coordinate with various teams to resolve issues related to reasonable accommodations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience Five years of relevant work experience in Employee Relations, Accommodations, or Leave of Absence One year of experience in high volume, complex case management Thorough knowledge of disability management and related HR compliance regulations Understanding of Federal and State HR regulations, especially related to ADA and religious accommodations
