• 1+ years of personal injury experience, preferably on the plaintiff side.
• Manage a pre-litigation personal injury caseload
• Experience with negotiations and settlements
• Reviewing liability, injuries, treatment progress, and damages
• Spanish speaking skills are needed
• Defense attorneys would be considered
