Outside Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Knoxville, TN. This full-time role involves meeting with senior clients in person to conduct needs-based consultations and deliver tailored insurance and financial service solutions. You'll play a key role in new client acquisition while maintaining relationships with existing clients in a fast-paced, rewarding environment designed for high achievers.

Responsibilities

Conduct client meetings and needs-based consultations
Follow up on leads promptly and effectively
Schedule and attend client appointments
Deliver compliant and clear sales presentations
Manage client territory with a focus on local travel
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Guide clients through application and underwriting processes
Balance efforts between acquiring new clients and servicing existing ones

Preferred Qualifications

State-specific insurance license
Expertise in needs-based selling
Strong client relationship management skills
Effective sales presentation and negotiation abilities
Excellent communication and time management
Resilience and persistence in sales environments
