Job Description: Receive, review, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system. Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation. Verify pricing, quantities, and approvals before processing payments. Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal departments. Process and schedule payments for all bills, including vendor and supplier invoices. Maintain organized accounts payable files and records. Reconcile vendor statements and ensure account balances are accurate. Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures. Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned. Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information Assist with clerical duties as needed

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred. Minimum 1–2 years of accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting experience preferred. Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. Experience working with accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $23-24/hr Schedule: Monday - Friday Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
