What You’ll Do: Prospect for new local and regional tenants through cold calling, email, social media, networking, and in-person outreach Build relationships with prospective tenants and business owners Maintain prospecting and tenant activity within the company CRM Assist with preparation and drafting of Letters of Intent (LOIs) Support lease renewals, modifications, and terminations Conduct financial analysis of prospective and existing tenants Help develop leasing strategies for retail properties Assist with creation of leasing and marketing materials Research markets, retailers, and potential tenant opportunities Support Leasing Representatives throughout the deal process Prepare presentations and leasing updates for executive management What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree required Strong interest in commercial real estate, leasing, sales, or business development Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating new business relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and related business applications Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities Coachable and eager to develop professionally Preferred but not required: Internship or early-career experience in commercial real estate, leasing, sales, marketing, or business development Previous experience working with CRM software Salary: $50,000 - $50,000 per year Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
