Job Description Oversee front‑desk operations, serve as the primary problem solver for guests and teammates, and support the daily functions of the front desk. Responsibilities Oversee front‑desk operations, acting as primary problem solver for guests and teammates. Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs accurately and warmly. Support and train new front‑desk team members. Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally. Manage daily tasks such as event sheet distribution, business center support, and maintaining lobby readiness. Qualifications Customer service experience. Experience in hospitality or leadership (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent. Tech‑savvy with hotel systems. Able to lift 50 lbs and remain standing.
