firstPRO 360 is assisting our client in the Woodstock area to fill a Medical Front Desk role. This is a very important role as you are the first point of contact for patients. In this role you must be upbeat, driven, helpful, reliable, and at least one year experience in a similar role. Does this describe you? If so, please apply below, we would love to discuss with you!

• Greet and check in patients with a welcoming and professional demeanor
• Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage calendars
• Verify insurance information and collect co-pays/payments
• Maintain and update patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Coordinate communication between patients, clinical staff, and providers
• Handle incoming mail, faxes, and general office correspondence
• Assist with daily office operations, including filing, scanning, and maintaining front office organization
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and always protect patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in medical office administration a plus
• Prior experience in a medical front office or healthcare setting strongly preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification a plus
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Professional, friendly, and dependable with a patient-centered approach
