New Installers will work directly with a Lead Installer to learn the installation process of our product lines in a safe, quality manner ensuring customer satisfaction. Those who demonstrate a positive attitude, hustle, and an ability to learn, will be able to progress quickly through the program from helper to junior installer to lead installer. Requirements Possess and maintain current driver’s license with a good driving record. Experience with small hand tools and power tools is a plus. Basic math skills. Good communication skills. We Offer High entry level pay, with fast opportunity for weekly bonus pay. Our lead installers earn between $65,000 and $90,000 annually while working 5 days a week.
