School Psychologist Needed in Methuen, MA Position: School Psychologist Location: Methuen, MA School Levels: Pre-Kindergarten to 8th Grade Hours: Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to provide services to students in Pre-K through 8th grade in Methuen, MA. This full-time role involves collaborating with educators, families, and other school staff to support student learning, emotional well-being, and developmental needs. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students. Participate in IEP meetings and support the development of individualized plans for students. Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services to students, staff, and families. Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to create intervention strategies to address academic, behavioral, and social challenges. Analyze and interpret data to remend appropriate interventions and supports. Qualifications: Must hold a valid license as a School Psychologist from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education . Experience working in a Pre-K to 8th-grade setting is preferred. Strong interpersonal and munication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and students.
